Citibank commissioned our team to develop the CitiGold App during an extended onsite collaboration with their fintech innovation group. I worked on the money transfer workstream, crafting user flows, refining UI components, and liaising with governance to clarify and refine designs.
Mapping Innovation
We worked in an agile environment with a small, nimble team focused on quick iteration. We continuously mapped new screens into user flows to describe each interaction to both governance and the larger app team.
Innovation Within Boundries
We aimed to simplify money transfers while adhering to banking laws and existing branding guidelines. We introduced features like our "slide-to-pay" button that enhanced customer confidence during transactions.
