I developed various B2B and B2C experiences for CVS, notably focusing on revamping their e-commerce and drug information experiences to align with their health and wellness mission. This involved enhancing their design system, optimizing customer flows, and prioritizing digital accessibility.
Establishing a Culture of Collaboration
At the kickoff of the project, I shared the process and overarching strategy, so that stakeholders understood the how and why behind design decisions.
Customizing Deliverables for Client Needs
This is a user flow I created for the CVS Drug Information Center. By integrating content analysis into the user flow, we accelerated the design process and were able to efficiently collaborate with the client.
Elevating Look & Feel
The creative vision was to elevate the branding from feeling clinical to being health and wellness focused using geometric shapes, playful line work, and lifestyle photography.
Playful Iconography Throughout
A new icon system was introduced, called "Sparks," to be used for categories and concepts. Each icon balances geometry, abstraction, and minimalism.
Leading With a System-First Approach
Designing from the atomic level up and emphasizing long-term modularity increased my team’s prototyping speed and enabled accessibility reviews at the component level.
